# Live Streaming Rules

## Prohibited Content <a href="#prohibited-content" id="prohibited-content"></a>

All streamers must comply with Dploy’s Terms of Use. The following are **strictly forbidden** on any livestream:

* **Explicit Adult Content** (e.g. pornography, nudity intended for sexual arousal)
* **Harmful or Abusive Content** (e.g. hate speech, harassment, bullying, violence)
* **Political or Religiously-Loaded Content** that seeks to influence opinions or appears biased; Dploy maintains strict neutrality.

## Reporting Mechanism <a href="#reporting-mechanism" id="reporting-mechanism"></a>

Viewers may flag any livestream by clicking the **“Report”-**&#x62;utton on a token page.

1. **Threshold Review**
   * Once a stream has been reported a certain number of times, it is automatically queued for manual review by the Pumpkin team.
2. **Manual Investigation**
   * A moderator will assess the content against these rules and decide on any necessary action.

## Enforcement & Delisting Concequences <a href="#enforcement-and-delisting-concequences" id="enforcement-and-delisting-concequences"></a>

If a token’s livestream is found in violation and is **delisted** (i.e., removed from public view), the following penalties apply:

| Offense         | Penalty                                                               |
| --------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **1st Offense** | Livestreaming restricted for **12 hours**; a visible banner is shown. |
| **2nd Offense** | Restriction extended to **24 hours**; banner restated.                |
| **3rd Offense** | Livestreaming **permanently banned** for that token.                  |

Dploy.fun reserves the right to impose an immediate, permanent ban—without prior warning—on any streamer who commits a serious violation of the rules.

## Appeals & Support <a href="#appeals-and-support" id="appeals-and-support"></a>

Once a delisting penalty is applied, the token creator may contact our moderators for clarification or to appeal via our [official telegram supporting channel](https://t.me/dploydotfun)
